The S&P/TSX 60 Index is a inventory marketplace index of 60 huge corporations indexed at the Toronto Stock Exchange. Maintained through the Canadian S&P Index Committee, a unit of Standard & Poor’s, it exposes the investor to 10 enterprise sectors. Combined with the S&P/TSX Completion Index it bureaucracy the S&P/TSX Composite Index.
The index is calculated by means of the divisor methodology used in most S&P Dow Jones equity indices.
