EXCEL SHEETS FUNCTION

The Sheets function in Excel returns the number of sheets in a given reference. As a consequence, there are sheets that are Visible, Hidden, or Very Hidden.

Syntax :

=SHEETS( [reference] )

Parameters :

  • The [reference] input given is a reference for which you wish to know the number of sheets. This is an optional parameter that, if left blank, returns to the current workbook.
