EXCEL DOLLARFR FUNCTION

The Dollarfr function in Excel translates a dollar value represented in decimal notation to a dollar value stated in fractional notation.

Syntax :

= DOLLARFR(decimal dollar, fraction)

Parameters :

  • The inputs to are as follows:

Fraction :

  • The denominator for the returned fractional amount. decimal dollar – The dollar value represented as a decimal.
    (Should be entered as an integer, however if a decimal number is entered, Excel will truncate it to an integer.)
