EXCEL DOLLARDE FUNCTION

The Dollarde function in Excel converts a dollar value given in fractional notation to a dollar value expressed in decimal notation.

Syntax :

 =DOLLARDE(fractional dollar, fraction)

Parameters :

  • The arguments for are as follows:

Fractional dollar :

  • The worth of a dollar represented as a fraction.

Fraction :

  • The fractional dollar value’s denominator.
    (Should be entered as an integer, however if a decimal number is entered, Excel will truncate it to an integer.)
