EXCEL ASIN FUNCTION

The ASIN function in Excel computes the arcsine (inverse sine) of a given integer and provides an angle in radians between -/2 and /2.

Syntax :

=ASIN (number)

Parameters :

The number parameter is the value between -1 and +1 for which the arcsine is to be calculated.

Examples :

  • #NUM! – Occurs if the number argument given is not in the range -1 to +1.
